We are a sole proprietorship registered in India. These identity and contact details are published in accordance with Rule 5(3) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Radadiya Sunny Keshavbhai operating as Link in Seconds.

These Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy together constitute the rules and regulations, privacy policy and user agreement published under Rule 3(1)(a) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. We keep all three accessible from the footer of every page.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or upload content. The Service is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, children (persons under 18 years of age). By using the Service you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, or that you are using it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

If we become aware that we have collected the personal data of a child without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it. See our Child Safety Policy for more.

Link in Seconds lets you:

• Upload a file and get a clean public link (for example, at /p/your-slug) that anyone with the URL can view.
• Host simple static sites and HTML pages.
• Send files device to device with our peer-to-peer Direct Send transfer feature.
• Manage links, view basic analytics, generate QR codes and control link settings.

The Service is offered on a Free tier and paid Pro tiers. See Pricing for current plans and limits.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and is offered as an evolving, early-stage product. We do not guarantee any particular uptime, availability, speed, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

The Service is not a backup service. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of any file you upload. Free links carry a 5-day renewable time-to-live and may expire; we may also remove content or discontinue features, and we are not liable for any loss of files or links. Do not rely on us as your only copy of anything important.

You sign in using Google (Google OAuth); we use your Google account email to authenticate you. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Tell us promptly at support@linkinseconds.com if you believe your account has been compromised. One person or entity may not maintain accounts to evade plan limits or a ban.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms and lists the content and conduct that is not permitted, including the categories of unlawful content described in Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the links you create, and you confirm you have all rights needed to do so.

You keep ownership of everything you upload. We do not claim ownership of your files, links or the content within them.

To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, host, transmit, display and make technical copies of your content solely for the purpose of:

• hosting and storing your files;
• serving your public links and generating the URLs, previews and QR codes for them; and
• running automated and human content-safety review to enforce our Acceptable Use Policy and the law.

This licence is granted for no other purpose. It ends when you delete the content, except for copies we must retain for a limited period to comply with law or resolve disputes.

We do not sell your content or personal data, we do not use your uploaded files to train any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models, and we do not sublicense your content beyond what is needed to deliver the Service to you. The licence above does not include commercialisation of your content or any use beyond hosting, serving your links, and safety review.

To keep the Service safe, files you upload are transmitted, at the time of upload, to third-party content-safety providers located outside India (OpenAI, Google Cloud Vision, and AWS Rekognition, all in the United States) solely to return an automated safety score. Extracted text and image frames may be sent for this purpose. This is described in full in our Privacy Policy.

Automated safety scanning and any human review are carried out to help us enforce our Acceptable Use Policy. They are not a warranty that all content on the Service is lawful or safe, and we do not pre-screen, approve, curate or guarantee the legality of user content. We do not exercise editorial control over what users choose to upload, and we do not undertake to monitor all content or to catch every violation.

A public link can be viewed by anyone who has the URL; no login is required to view it. Please do not upload sensitive or confidential information to a public link.

Uploaded files are protected by encryption in transit (TLS) and stored in a private bucket served through signed links. They are not end-to-end encrypted and not zero-knowledge; we and our content-safety providers can technically access file content. Only our peer-to-peer Direct Send transfers are encrypted device to device with nothing stored on our servers.

We may, without prior notice and at our discretion, remove or disable access to any content, or suspend, restrict, ban or terminate any account, where we reasonably believe there is a violation of these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law, or where required to protect the Service, other users or third parties. This includes the right to act on our own assessment or on receipt of a court order or a notification by an appropriate Government or its authorised agency, consistent with Rule 3(1)(c) and 3(1)(d) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021.

On receipt of a court order, or a notification by an appropriate Government or its authorised agency, that any content is unlawful, we will remove or disable access to that content as early as possible and in any event within thirty-six (36) hours. Copyright takedowns are handled as described in our Copyright Policy, and child-safety matters as described in our Child Safety Policy.

Link in Seconds acts as an intermediary within the meaning of Section 2(1)(w) and Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Content is stored and made available at the direction of users; we do not initiate the transmission, we do not select the receiver of the transmission, and we do not select or modify the information contained in the transmission.

We observe the due diligence required under Section 79(2)(c) of the IT Act, 2000 and Rule 3 of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021. Because content is hosted at your direction, you (and not us) are responsible for the content you upload and share.

Paid plans and their prices are shown on our Pricing page. Payments and refunds are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record; we do not see or store your full card details. Refunds, cancellations and consumer complaint timelines are set out in our Refunds Policy.

For billing and consumer complaints under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and endeavour to resolve it within one month.

You may stop using the Service at any time and can delete your links, or request account deletion, by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access as described in Section 11. On termination, the licence you granted us ends, subject to copies we retain to comply with law. We retain user registration information for 180 days after account cancellation, as required by Rule 3(1)(g) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021, and we retain financial and tax records for as long as Indian law requires.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be available at any particular time, be secure against every threat, or that any content served through it is lawful. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, files, links, profits, revenue, goodwill or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the total amount of fees you actually paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you are on the Free tier and have paid nothing, one thousand Indian Rupees (INR 1,000). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including a consumer's statutory rights.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Radadiya Sunny Keshavbhai (operating as Link in Seconds) from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) the content you upload or the links you create; (b) your violation of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law; or (c) your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual-property or privacy rights.

The Grievance Officer will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and resolve it within fifteen (15) days of receipt, in accordance with Rule 3(2)(a) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms, subject to any consumer's statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, where the changes are significant, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
