Do you convert MOV to MP4?

No. We do not re encode your video. The original MOV is what plays. If you need the broadest compatibility, export an MP4 copy on your phone or Mac and upload that.

Why is my iPhone video so large?

iPhone video, especially 4K, is big. The free plan covers files up to 100 MB. For longer clips, record at a lower resolution or upgrade to Pro, which raises the limits.

Does it play on the iPhone itself?

An honest note on HEVC

Recent iPhones record in HEVC by default to save space. Safari plays HEVC, and Chrome and Edge usually do on devices with hardware support, but some browsers, including Firefox on many systems, may not. For the widest reach, set the camera to Most Compatible, which records H.264, or export the clip as MP4 before you upload.
