FLAC or WAV, which should I share?

Both are lossless. FLAC is usually around half the size of the same audio in WAV, so it uploads and streams faster. We play both, so pick whichever your workflow produces.

How long a FLAC can I upload?

Up to 100 MB per file on the free plan, which fits a full length song at CD quality. Hi res files are larger, and Pro raises the limits for those.

Can listeners download my track?

Only if you allow it. You can switch downloads off on any plan, which hides the download option. That is a deterrent rather than copy protection, so add a Pro password for unreleased work.
